Honeydip is an AI-native IT platform, not “just an MDM.” Traditional tools focus on device policies and compliance. Honeydip combines device management, asset management, IT support, and workflow automation into one unified experience—so IT runs as a single, connected process instead of across disconnected tools.
To deliver the best experience, Honeydip requires deep integration at the device-management layer, so we don’t support external MDMs as a plug-in. That said, we’re happy to discuss a smooth migration path—and we’ve helped teams transition successfully with minimal disruption.
Honeydip supports the most common identity providers, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, so users and devices stay in sync automatically. We’re also expanding support for popular HRIS platforms (e.g., Personio) to keep onboarding/offboarding and ownership data consistent across systems.
Migration is usually gradual and low-risk. You can start using Honeydip’s platform right away, then move device management over in stages. A common approach is to use your current MDM to roll out Honeydip, run both side-by-side briefly, and then switch off the old MDM once everything is verified.
Honeydip supports macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and iPadOS.
Honeydip is designed as a unified platform, where device management and asset management work together to deliver the best results. Because the value comes from the integrated experience across all modules, we generally don’t sell or support them independently and strongly recommend using the full platform.
