honeydip covers the three core roles every company's IT needs, so the customer never has to hire them:

- **Help Desk** (reactive, day-to-day): real people answer in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email, around the clock, without a ticket portal. 24/7 IT troubleshooting, password resets, access requests, account changes, software installs and how-to requests.
- **IT Operations** (proactive, building and securing): hardware and software procurement, MDM policies, on-/offboarding automation, asset lifecycle tracking, patch management, endpoint monitoring and alerts.
- **Virtual CISO & Security** (strategic, business-level): CIS-benchmark policies, TISAX and ISO 27001 support, GDPR documentation, due-diligence reports (devices, security, license costs), quarterly IT health checks and forecasts.
